Monday mornings, every week, since last April, till 4:00 AM LOUD ... LOUD music blasts illegally from syncronized car stereos at either Golden Gardens Park or the Shilshole boat ramp, keeping hundreds of people awake in homes over 3/4-mile away - work and school nights. For over 7+ months, hundreds of citizen calls to SPD have NOT stopped this weekly assault on our community.
It needs to STOP or united we will force civic action to address it !

NOTES - Some video was shot from the hip to avoid attracting attention and is shaky.
On July-5th after 12 mins, a car noticed me, stopped right in front to drive me off.
August-10th video was filmed west of the Boat Ramp Parking lot from the fishing pier.
